Aluminium Strontium Master Alloy Purpose            

Aluminium Strontium Waffle can be used in die casting, low pressure casting and modification of hypoeutectic and eutectic silicon alloy with long pouring time.

Aluminium Strontium master alloy differs from other modifiers in that it retains its modification effectiveness for extended periods of melt holding time.   

Modificatie van de morfologie van de siliciumfase in gietstukken van aluminiumsiliciumlegering van grove bloedplaatjes tot een fijne vezelachtige eutectische structuur resulteert in verbeterde degelijkheid en mechanische eigenschappen.

Aluminium Strontium Waffle Features            

Aluminium Strontium master alloy is a long-term modifier with good structure. which is mainly used in the modification of hypoeutectic and eutectic aluminum silicon alloy. Its modification type is similar to the traditional sodium element, but it has the following advantages:

1. De geldigheidsperiode van strontiummodificatie is langer dan 6-8 uur, 4-5 keer opnieuw smelten heeft nog steeds een modificatie-effect, dat kan voldoen aan de behoeften van gieten onder lage druk en spuitgieten met een lange duur, vooral geschikt voor het gieten van grote gietstukken onderdelen en continue productie. Uitstekende staat en distributie, verbeteren mechanische eigenschappen en vloeibaarheid

2.Gemakkelijk te gebruiken, geen vervuiling, minder verspilling, lagere gebruikskosten, lange werkefficiëntie en erfelijk effect.

AlSr5, AlSr10, AlSr15 wafel: 6-8kg / wafel

AlSr5, AlSr10 spoel: 180-220k / spoel

Pakket:
